U(mode, turn, L, r) table
If the table is negative, youâre paying more than youâre converting. If positive, Mercy is an asset in that posture.
| Mode | Turn bucket | L | r=0.3 | r=0.4 | r=0.5 | r=0.6 |
|---|
What this means in practice
The âMercy intimidationâ line is not magical thinking. Itâs a constraint satisfaction problem: maximize r (leave mana unused on purpose), cast Mercy when the opponent overcommits, and ensure your post-Mercy turn is still functional.
If you want to âgo all in repeatedlyâ, you must be able to do it while carrying tempo debt.
